Accessories couplings, pulleys, shafts, gears, etc.

Elastic sleeve-finger coupling (MUVP) is an elastic coupling to compensate for dynamic loads. It consists of two half-couplings, fixed in one half-coupling of fingers, on which rubber bushings are placed, through which the fingers interact with the other half-coupling.
The elastic sleeve-finger coupling with a brake pulley (MUVPT) is used for permanent connection of coaxial shafts and simultaneous compensation of their insignificant angular and radial displacements.
A cam-disc clutch (CD) is a method of transmitting torque between two parallel, but not coaxial shafts.
Gear coupling (MZ, MZP) is a gear coupling with an intermediate shaft. An intermediate shaft is necessary for connecting shafts located at a remote distance. The overall dimensions of the MZ and MZP couplings are the same, the difference is in weight, the MZP has a much larger weight due to a solid half coupling.
The gear coupling with a brake pulley (MZT) is designed to connect coaxial intermediate shafts when transmitting torque from 1 to 63000 Nm, reduce dynamic loads, and ensure reliable stopping of drive mechanisms at angular, radial and axial shaft displacements.
The chain coupling (MC) allows you to compensate for misalignment and angular displacement of the conveyor drum shaft.
The flange coupling (MF) is a rigid (blind) coupling of a permanent connection, which consists of two half—couplings made in the form of flanges, mounted on the ends of the shafts and connected by bolts.
The flange coupling with a brake pulley (MFT) together with a brake pulley is designed to connect coaxial shafts when transmitting torque from 6.3 to 16000 Nm, reduce dynamic loads and ensure the stopping of drive mechanisms. Compensates for minor axial, radial and angular shaft displacements, can stop the drive mechanism.

A pulley is a friction wheel with a rim or groove around the circumference, which transmits motion to a drive belt or rope.
The brake pulley is a part that is widely used in lifting and transport machines and mechanisms. The main task of the brake pulley is to effectively stop and hold the shaft mechanisms stationary when the electric motor is switched off.
The gear is the main part of the gear transmission of a conveyor or elevator in the form of a disk with teeth on a cylindrical or conical surface that engage with the teeth of another gear wheel.
Shaft and axle. A shaft is a part designed to transmit torque along its axis and to support rotating machine parts. The axle is a part designed only to support rotating parts, it does not transmit torque
